1st MECS Science Day, November 15, 2023
The first Science Day of the COE MECS was held at TU Wien, with the aim of initiating and coordinating research activities and collaborations. After short presentations by Günther Rupprechter, Jürgen Fleig, Dominik Eder and Georg Kresse, the Key Researchers, experienced and young scientists formed several discussion groups which were continued over a Poster Session, boosted by snacks and refreshments. The discussions continued in the afternoon, concluded by reflections of the Pillar Heads. Altogether this Meeting And Discussion (MAD) was an exciting first event: MAD-MECS!
